Do You Offer Free Diagnostic Checks?
- Our standard inspections and code scanning are free of charge – This is a great spot to start, so that we can get to know you and your vehicle to assess further needs
- Once we have determined an area of concern that requires extra diagnostic time, and only with your approval, we will proceed with paid diagnostics. Accurate diagnostics often require dedicated time and expensive equipment, and are typically performed by our lead technician.
- Remember, a check engine light and corresponding code will only tell us what system is in need of attention. In-depth diagnostics are required to accurately pinpoint and properly repair the failure.
Do You Offer Concierge Service?
With concierge maintenance service from Highline Car Care, we take the stress out of maintaining and servicing your vehicle. Our professional concierge technicians will pick up your car, perform any repair or service you need, and return it to you in optimal condition. You can even have your car detailed while you work.
Concierge service costs just $29, but we offer this perk free if you become a member of our Apresto VIP program. Our premium annual members receive free concierge service along with three complimentary oil changes each year AND a limited lifetime warranty.
If concierge service does not meet your needs, we also provide a traditional shuttle service. We can arrange for a rental vehicle, provide a loaner car, or simply call you an Uber.
What COVID-19 Precautions Are You Taking?
Highline Car Care is abiding by all Arizona recommendations to protect our staff and customers from COVID-19. We have limited the capacity of our locations so that team members and visitors can adhere to social distancing requirements and remain 6 feet apart. We also require both our employees and our visitors to wear masks while indoors if a 6 foot distancing cannot be reasonably kept. We will always wear a mask and install floor mat, seat cover, and steering wheel cover before entering your vehicle. The facility will be frequently sanitized to further prevent the spread of possible infectious diseases.
